This is more of a prototype showing off the custom NVL screen in Ren'Py I've been working on and off for the past few weeks that emulates an instant messaging app. While I need to clean up the backend of the code, everything looks the way it should. Expect a framework coming in the near-ish future.

that was beautiful. even if it's a prototype, it's impressive how quickly you made us care about these two characters through a series of texts. also, does Haven have ARFID by any chance?
Ahhhh thanks, I originally intended to make this a longer game but had to pare things down since I was running low on time. I wrote Haven as having Celiac Disease, so having actual pasta for dinner would make him understandably upset.
His stepmom is really that much of a monster.
